SME Scale-Up Catalyst Fund by SME Corp Malaysia is a strategic initiative under the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK-13) aimed at supporting the growth of MSMEs through financing and investment. It focuses on strengthening business models to enhance competitiveness in both domestic and global markets, with support from implementation partners such as CapBay. Applications can be submitted via the official SME Corp platform.
