Company Owned by Malaysians:
It is mandatory for Malaysian nationals to own a minimum of 60% of MSMEs, cooperatives, and PSPs.
The company needs to be up and running for a minimum of six months.
Be required to have an average yearly turnover of RM50,000 or more.
Exclusions: E-invoicing applications are the sole exceptions; otherwise, MSMEs, cooperatives, and PSPs cannot apply for a Digitalisation Matching Grant.
