Telemarketing Consultant 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by cold/warmth calling, lead generation activities, etc ( Database and customer is provided )

  • To be able to build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone.

  • Provide excellent services to customers including product inquiry, filtering customer qualification, collect documents requested by email, follow up support - Responsible, committed and able to achieve sales targets in the required timeline.

  • Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the superior.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM level.

  • No working experience requested

  • Prior experience in sales, banking line or customer service and telesales experience would be an advantage.

  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, one other dialect.

  • Self-motivated, team player and independent.

  • Good communication and service oriented.

Salary Range: RM 1,000 – RM2,000 + High Commission

Working Hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm (Monday-Friday) - Saturday & Sunday & Public Holiday OFF

Working Location: B-5-6, Level 7, Menara Uncang Emas Blok B, Jalan Loke Yew, 52000 Kuala Lumpur.

Job Type: Full-time ,  Our Top Sales bring home more than RM 10,000 every month.
