The Digital Content Grant (DCG) 2024/2025 is structured into three distinct categories, each designed to cater to different segments of digital content creators:

Mini Grant: Tailored for the development, production, and commercialisation of digital content, this grant offers funding up to RM150,000 (approximately USD 34,545) per successful applicant.

Prime Grant: Designed to support more comprehensive digital content projects, this grant provides financial assistance of up to RM500,000 (around USD 115,156) per recipient, covering development through to commercialisation stages.

Marketing & Commercialisation Grant: Focused exclusively on the commercialisation aspect of digital content, this grant offers a maximum of RM300,000 per applicant to support go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.

The fund will be provided on matching basis (70:30) based on eligible expenditures, up to a maximum grant of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred Thousand (RM500,000.00) only. Maximum 30% of the matching amount (70% of total grant) will be provided in upfront to the companies subject to the approval by Intervention Fund Approval Committee at MITI, whereby the balance of the remaining grant will be on reimbursable basis which will be deliberated at MIDA.
